I can’t take medicine for osteoporosis (Boniva, Fosomax, etc.) and I can’t drink milk.
Does anybody have a diet or supplement regimen that really works to keep bones strong and dense? What do you eat, what do you avoid, and what supplements do you use?
Calcium and Vitamin D are the most important vitamins/minerals for bone strength. Impact exercise like jogging or aerobics is also very good for your bones.
